This woodsy delight is meant for those of us with sore spots due to bruises, weary joints, and nerve damage. There's infused oil from balsam, one of our favorite beings of the Eastern woodlands, st. john’s wort oil, and the anti-inflammatory wintergreen essential oil. Wintergreen, a forest perennial that has been worked with medicinally for centuries, eases pain by increasing circulation with properties that are equally cooling and warming. This salve is also a wonderfully herbal alternative to Vick’s (and we think it smells a whole lot better!).
