There are many readily available medicinal roots that offer the human body deep nourishment and vitality. In this fun and informative workshop we will discuss, taste and experience several wild and cultivated medicinal roots such as: burdock, dandelion, chicory, astragalus and elecampane, among others. You will learn about their medicinal value, where and how they grow, and how and when to use each at home.
